Lucky Clover

Here's a rocker I just finished for another happy home.
Rumor has it that this chair was brought all the way from Ireland.
The happy owner asked me to paint it a lovely 'clover white'. Looks like a lucky color to me.

To make this beauty look like it's been sitting outside on a beach cottage all its life, I whitewashed it. And then added a few distressed details.
Oh, seafoam, is there anything you can't turn pretty?
I'm pretty sure seafoam green is the new turquoise. I can't tell which color I love more.

Before

I am planning on painting more pieces in this exact color. I've been one busy, busy momma.
Stay tuned!

  3. Very cute rocker :) I need to find one like this for my living room. It is adorable. Thank you for visiting my blog...a little info on the pine cones, NO I did not put them in the fridge :) I put them on top because I didn't want two grabby little boys to mess with them. haha. Maybe I should change the wording?! Hope you'll give it a try though. Have a wonderful day.
