A Beachy Chair Fit For A Prince

Ya know why I love the beachy shabby chic look so much?
Well for one, I love how everything can be perfectly imperfect.
There are no rules.
No right or wrong way to distress your favorite pieces.
Nothing matches, but they still compliment each other.
Shabby chic things may look old&used, but that only means they've been loved longer.
All for their perfect imperfections.
And those imperfections are just what I love about this high chair.

{please excuse the water spots & the insane amount of dust. i was shooting these pics outside and then, of course, it started raining. and as for the dust; yea, my garage is just messy :) sorry}
 Before picture:

It's still not 100% finished.
I still have to distress the tray but I'm impatient. As always.
:)

And I'm crossing my fingers that Jason will love it just as much as I do.
Either way, we're saying adios to his [plastic] Fisher Price high chair!

  3. Oh, how cute this looks. The little high chair does look all beachy! I redid a similar one for my little granddaughter. Great job.
