A Basket & Chocolates

After taking my little cherub to the park, we took our weekly Wednesday trip to the local thrift shop. I've been eyeing a few things at this shop for awhile, but sometimes I just like to wait 'til some of those things go down in price.

It's kind of an annoying habit of mine.
Well this twig basket has been on my 'wish list' for 2 weeks (yes, because I spotted it exactly 2 Wednesdays ago) and the price went down from $18 to $15. To be honest, that's $10 more than I would have liked to spend :) but I guess someone's gotta make a living so I didn't complain.
It's a good size for storing magazines, or fresh towels in the guest bathroom, or even as a picnic basket.
Then when baby & mommy got home from our Wednesday adventure, my hubby Paul decided to surprise me with adorable chocolates from a special deli in Tampa. That man knows the key to my heart is sweeeeets!!!
Yes, I did eat them. Hey, at least I took a picture first.

Chocolates & shopping. So far, my week's going great :)
