A Crossfit buddy's Facebook status was one of the best reminders of why it's so important for me to live a healthy lifestyle:

This is really great! I only strength train like twice a week. I run like 4 to 5 days a week. I really should incorporate more strength training. It's just so hard with ethan. RunnIng is easy because he sits in the stroller the whole time!
