Chili Wings...A Proven Party Favorite!

I realized I haven't posted a paleo recipe in awhile.
Here's one that is sure to make you the man of the hour (err, woman, in my case) at any summer party.
Just this summer, I've made these for 2 birthday parties, the Crossfit Games party, and a pool party & nobody-not ONE person-has said they didn't taste good. So there you go! Make them, eat them, love them.
You're welcome :)
What you'll need:
-2 or 3 pounds of chicken wings, cut properly (I'm becoming a pro, by the way)
-olive oil or coconut oil
-2T garlic powder
-2T chili powder
-1T paprika
-1/2 T sea salt
-1/4 T cayenne pepper

1. Pre-heat oven. You will be broiling these at 500 degrees.
2. Mix all your spices together in a bowl. Pour olive oil or coconut oil in a separate bowl-just enough to coat your wings.
3. Dip wings in the oil evenly and then coat with your spice mix.
4. Place your wings on a baking sheet.
5. Broil for 12 minutes. Make sure the oven rack is in the upper-middle part of your oven.
6. Flip your wings with tongs. Then continue to broil for another 20 minutes until the skin is crispy.
7. Serve as they are or with guacamole.

As you can tell, the wings look really burnt in the picture, but I promise, they're not :) Just a batch of chili, crispy goodness. Enjoy!
