Dessert Recipe & Blurry Pictures

Here's a sweet-tooth satisfying dessert that won't make you feel guilty. It's kind of like banana bread, but with more flavor and just pure awesomeness.
What you need:
-casserole dish
-5 bananas
-blueberries
-2 eggs
-lots of strawberries, triple-washed (you'll see) and sliced
-3 messy tbsp of all natural unsweetened applesauce
-2.5 messy  tbsp of almond butter or sunbutter
-cinnamon
-raisins
-olive oil or coconut oil to coat the dish

Prep:
Wash the strawberries. Don't worry, you don't need this many. It was just a good deal.
Cut the tops off and if you're obsessed like me, wash the strawberries again.
Slice the strawberries, making sure to cut off the ends (they can be bitter). Then wash them again. It creeps me out knowing that someone touched these berries when they picked them. Ew.
The Batter:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a separate bowl, mash 5 bananas.
Add applesauce and almond butter. Mix very well.
Then add 2 eggs. Mix again.
Depending on how much you like, add your blueberries and raisins. I put more blueberries than raisins. Mix, mix, mix.
Add cinnamon to taste. I added just enough to cover the top of my bowl. More mixing action.
Coat your casserole dish with olive oil or coconut oil. Pour your batter in evenly. Then top it off with a layer of strawberries, like so:
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The layer of strawberries will start to bubble. I let it sit in my fridge to cool for about an hour before serving it to my friend's at the paleo potluck!

This was how many strawberry slices I had leftover. Great for my lil' munchkin!
Verdict: It was a hit!

Hope you all enjoy!
