What do you look like post W.O.D. (workout of the day)??
As soon as I'm done, I grab an ice pack, go somewhere kid-free and die.
Cooling down is just as important as warming up.
Your body needs to recover.
And when you have two bad knees like I do, you're going to need an ice pack handy.
Yes, I have two very bad knees.
But do I use that as an excuse to NOT workout every 5-6 mornings out of the week?
No.
I wear a knee brace, and SUCK IT UP.
'Cause you can't get to the top, by sitting on your bottom.
